GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition.
We will only replace items that are defective, or sent in error.
This is subject to the buyer notifying us within five working days of receipt of the goods and giving a description of the damage / defect. Do not send items back without our permission.
WITHDRAWAL / Cancellation of Contract
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract (your order) within 30 days starting from the day that you (or a third party indicated by you) received the ordered items. Within this time frame no reasons for withdrawal have to be given.
To exercise this right you need to inform us in writing with a clear statement (through email or through our contact form) within this timeframe. The items you’d like to return shall be unused, if sealed unopened, the right to cancel ceases if the goods become unsealed after delivery.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received, including the costs of delivery to you (while you, as withdrawing customer, generally shall bear the mailing cost of a return), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Upon withdrawal you have to return the goods to us within 30 days to the following address:
