Following the release of his great dark album "Songs from a Stolen Guitar", some European dates together with Riley Walker, and string of solo concerts this unique voice in American songwriting returns with a unique constellation: With his trio consisting of old friends guitarist and pianist Michael Krassner and cellist Fred Lonberg-Holm. These concerts are a rare opportunity to hear Joyner’s music performed by longtime friends reinterpreting the songs through decades of chemistry and nuanced improvisation.
